This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by Cyntimental Events LLC, including those sold under Cyntimental Events and Cyntimental Bride.
1. Digital Products (Cyntimental Bride)
Due to the nature of digital content:
- All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Starter kits
- Playbooks
- Planning guides
- Planning suites
- Collections or bundles
- Digital templates and AI prompt resources
Once access is granted, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Services (Cyntimental Events)
Refunds for services are governed by the specific contract or agreement signed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Retainers and deposits are non-refundable
- Payments secure time, preparation, and availability
- Any exceptions must be agreed to in writing by both parties.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client-requested cancellations or reschedules are subject to the terms outlined in your signed agreement. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit payments made.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing a digital product:
- Contact us within a reasonable time
- We will work to resolve access issues
- Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Loss of access to purchased content
- Additional fees
- Account restrictions
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
