Cyntimental Events & Cyntimental Bride

1. PAYMENT

Event Planning, Coordination & Décor Rental Services A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is due at the time of booking along with a signed contract or rental agreement to secure your date and services. The remaining balance is due between 0–60 days prior to the event date as specified in the signed contract. Your date and services are not confirmed until the deposit and signed contract have been received.

Planning Circle Sessions Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Your spot in the Planning Circle session is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

Digital Products & Resources Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Access to digital products and resources will be granted upon receipt of full payment.

All payments are processed securely through our payment system.

2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Event Planning & Coordination Services A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service price are required at the time of booking to secure your date and services. The remaining balance is due between 0–60 days prior to the event date as specified in the signed contract. If a client cancels a contracted event planning or coordination service after signing, the deposit will be retained and any additional amounts due per the contract terms will remain the responsibility of the client.

Décor Rental Services A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental price are required at the time of booking to secure your date and rental items. The remaining balance is due between 0–60 days prior to the event date as specified in the signed rental agreement. Cancellations made after the remaining balance has been paid will forfeit the full amount paid. Damaged, lost, or unreturned rental items will be charged at full replacement value to the client on file.

Planning Circle Sessions Payment is due in full at the time of booking. All Planning Circle session purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a registered session, you may request a one-time transfer to a future session of equal or lesser value provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Transfer requests made less than 48 hours before the session will not be honored.

Digital Products & Resources All digital product and resource purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

3. RESCHEDULING Rescheduling requests for event planning, coordination, or décor rental services must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to the original event date and are subject to availability. Rescheduling fees may apply as outlined in the signed contract. Planning Circle session rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session and are subject to availability of future sessions.

4. PROMO CODES & DISCOUNTS Promo codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. Promo codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. Each promo code is valid for the service, product, or session and timeframe specified in the offer.

5. SERVICE CONFIRMATION & ACCESS Upon completing payment you will receive a confirmation receipt via email. For Planning Circle sessions, your login link will be included in your confirmation email. For event planning, coordination, and décor rental services, a formal agreement or contract will be provided separately outlining the full scope of services. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours.

6. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING BY CYNTIMENTAL EVENTS In the rare event that a service, rental, or Planning Circle session must be cancelled or rescheduled by Cyntimental Events, clients and registered participants will be notified via email as soon as possible. Clients will have the option to reschedule or transfer to a future session or service of equal value. Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of Cyntimental Events in the event of a cancellation initiated by Cyntimental Events.

7. DÉCOR RENTAL SPECIFIC TERMS All rental items remain the property of Cyntimental Events at all times. The client is responsible for the care and safekeeping of all rental items from the time of delivery or pickup until the time of return. Rental items must be returned in the same condition as received. The client will be charged the full replacement value for any items that are damaged, lost, stolen, or unreturned. A signed rental agreement will be required prior to the release of any rental items.

8. CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS Planning Circle sessions and all Cyntimental Events services are designed to be a safe, supportive, and professional environment. All clients and participants are expected to treat Cyntimental Events staff, vendors, and fellow participants with respect. Cyntimental Events reserves the right to remove any participant from a session or terminate a service agreement without refund for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, materials, resources, designs, and creative work produced or shared by Cyntimental Events & Cyntimental Bride — including but not limited to Planning Circle session content, event designs, and digital resources — are the intellectual property of Cyntimental Events. Clients and participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any content without the express written permission of Cyntimental Events.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE Cyntimental Events reserves the right to photograph and/or video events, sessions, and installations for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client has submitted a written opt-out request prior to the event or session date.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Cyntimental Events & Cyntimental Bride shall not be held liable for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to venue issues, vendor failures, weather, acts of God, or other unforeseen events. Planning Circle sessions are educational and informational in nature and Cyntimental Events makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or session in question.

12. GOVERNING LAW These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Johnson County, Kansas.

13. AGREEMENT By completing your purchase, registration, or booking you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
