Event Planning

We handle all of the planning and logistics for the event to create a stress-free experience for the client. Responsibilities include:

• • Creating mood boards to present to clients with potential ideas for event decor

  • Securing the venue and negotiating/coordinating with vendors to prepare for the event

  • Planning and outlining the schedule for the event, including venue entry time, vendor arrival and setup/cleanup time, coordination of event activities and flow, etc.

  • Serving as the day-of-coordinator & executor to assist the client with any logistical needs and resolving any conflicts or issues on the day of the event

  • Ensuring the client's vision is executed from the start of the event until the end

  • Serving as the emcee of the event or facilitator of specific event activities (for an additional fee)

  • Fee: Call or email for pricing

Day-of-Coordination & Execution

We handle all of the day-of tasks for the event so the client can watch their vision come to life and enjoy the festivities - stress-free. Responsibilities include:

• • Ensuring the client's vision is executed from the start of the event until the very end

  • Assisting the client with any logistical needs (up to a month before the event) and resolving any conflicts or issues on the day of the event

  • Coordinating with vendors before the event and the day of the event to ensure timely arrival and successful execution of setup, delivery, and cleanup/breakdown of products or services

  • Serving as the emcee of the event or facilitator of specific event activities (for an additional fee)

  • Fee: Starting at $55/hr for pre- and day of the event coordination & execution

Event Designing & Decorating (Full Service Coordination)

We handle all the planning and coordinating of the decor for the event. Responsibilities include:

• Developing decor ideas/concepts and creating mood boards to present to the client with potential ideas for centerpieces, lighting, backdrops, etc.

• Fully designing and coordinating all aspects of decor for the event

• Negotiating and coordinating with decor vendors to prepare for the event, ensure timely arrival and successful execution of setup, delivery, and cleanup/breakdown of event decor

• Serving as the day-of-coordinator & executor to assist with any decor needs, resolving conflicts or issues, and ensuring execution of the client's decor vision

• Fee: Call or email for pricing

Event Design and Decor Rental

We partner with you to provide specific decor for your event.

• Developing decor ideas/concepts and creating mood boards to present to the client with potential ideas for specific areas (entryway, photo op area, etc.) of the venue/event

• Design, set up, and clean up custom decor (e.g., backdrops, table decor, balloons, marquee letters/numbers, etc.) for rent or purchase to the client and coordinate with other vendors (if necessary) for pickup/delivery/return of rental items

• Fee: Varies depending on the rental of decor; call or email for pricing
